MESSAGE

In his message for the 35th World Communications Day, then Holy Father John Paul II encourages the proper use of the media in responding to the challenges of our times and in proclaiming the Gospel to the world today. Pope John Paul II states: “Indeed, media of every kind can play an essential role in direct evangelization and in bringing to people the truths and values which support and enhance human dignity. The Church’s presence in the media is in fact an important aspect of the inculturation of the Gospel demanded by the new evangelization to which the Holy Spirit is summoning the Church throughout the world.”

This website of Archbishop Teofilo Camomot is a vehicle of evangelization of his saintly life. Through this form of media, we will be able to promote his fame of sanctity which is very vital in the process of his beatification. It also aims to reach out and to touch the lives of Filipinos from all walks of life and facing various circumstance particularly the Filipino migrants, the OFW’s and their families, the young people, and those involved in the task of nation-building so that they would become catalysts of a true Christian society.
